Aftercare kits for your hair transplant patients
Hairoos is an Istanbul-based hair-care brand. We supply hair transplant clinics with post-op aftercare kits and individual care products to hand to patients. Send us a short request and we reply with a written offer.
Who is this for?
Hair transplant clinics in Türkiye, Poland, Italy, Germany and the UK that give patients a home-care kit after surgery, or want to recommend one consistent routine instead of a list of products from different shops.
A ready kit saves your team time at discharge: every patient leaves with the same products, and your aftercare instructions can refer to them by name. It also gives international patients something concrete to take home, so they do not have to look for products in an unfamiliar pharmacy after they fly back.
Clinics in other countries can also send a request; we will tell you in our reply whether we can supply you.
What can you order?
- 3-month care set: anti-hair-loss shampoo (200 ml), vitamin complex serum, hair vitamins (90 tablets).
- 6-month care set: the same three products plus a strengthening spray.
- Anti-hair-loss shampoo for everyday washing once the surgeon allows it.
- Vitamin complex serum and strengthening spray for the scalp.
- Hair vitamins, a food supplement.
- Scalp care: scalp repair cream and oil.
The products are cosmetics and a food supplement, not medicines. Your surgeons decide the post-op protocol, including when patients start washing and which products they use; the kits are meant to support that protocol, not to replace it.
One option is to choose one set as your standard kit and order single products for patients who only need a refill. If you are not sure which mix fits your patients, describe your current aftercare routine in the form and we will suggest options in the offer.
How does ordering work?
- Send the form with your clinic details and what you are interested in.
- We review the request and ask follow-up questions if something is unclear.
- We send you a written offer.
- If the offer works for you, you confirm it and we arrange the order.
Terms are quoted individually. Minimum quantities, prices, private-label options and shipping to the EU and the UK are not fixed on this page; they are set out in the written offer for your clinic. The offer lists the products and quantities you asked about, so you can compare it with your current supplier before you decide.
What should you include in your request?
- Clinic name, city and country of delivery.
- Approximate number of hair transplants per month.
- Which kits or products you need, and rough quantities.
- Whether you are interested in private label or clinic branding.
- Any requirements for labels, languages or documents in your country.
The more detail you give, the more precise the offer. If you do not know quantities yet, your monthly number of procedures is enough to start.
Frequently asked questions
- Is there a minimum order quantity?
- Minimum quantities depend on the products and the request, so we do not publish a fixed number. The minimum for your order is stated in the written offer.
- Can the kits carry our clinic's branding?
- Mention it in your request. Whether private-label or clinic-branded options are available for your order, and on what terms, is set out in the written offer.
- Do you ship to the EU and the UK, and who handles customs?
- Shipping to the EU and the UK, including delivery terms, customs and import responsibilities, is covered in the written offer for your clinic.
- Are these products medicines?
- No. The shampoo, serum, spray and scalp care products are cosmetics, and the hair vitamins are a food supplement. They do not replace medical treatment, and the post-op protocol remains the surgeon's decision.
- What happens after we send the form?
- We read your request, contact you if we need more details and then send a written offer by email. Nothing is ordered until you confirm the offer.
